SAP PM CS Expert in Logistics

Overview: Join a talented team as a SAP PM/CS/WFM Expert in Basel, Switzerland. You'll leverage your deep SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), and Workforce Management (WFM) knowledge to enhance the systems. Ideally you can also work with modules such a MM or SD. This role offers central office convenience and the flexibility of 2 days of remote work each week.

Responsibilities:

* SAP Module Mastery: Lead PM/CS/WFM expertise, advising the team and users on system intricacies and solutions.
* Configuration: Customize and configure SAP modules aligned with business requirements and best practices.
* Integration: Collaborate for seamless SAP integration across modules and systems.
* Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, with insightful root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

* Degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
* 4+ years proficiently handling SAP PM, CS, and WFM modules.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Project management exposure a plus.
