Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* Responsible for all cross-national SAP analyses and implementation of master data processes in projects, consulting, support and change requests
* Independent development of new concepts in the area of logistical master data management as well as their implementation in close consultation with the specialist departments
* Support and consulting of the specialist departments in the optimization and improvement of SAP standard processes
* Participation in SAP projects in a consulting, supporting and (partial) project and/or task responsible role
* Supervision and execution of the realization including IT testing and production takeover in SAP
* Quality assurance as well as adherence to defined processes in project and demand management as well as in support
* Ensuring the smooth operation of SAP services (2nd level support)

Skills & Qualifications

* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable specialist training
* Consultant mentality in the area of master data (Retail MM / SD) with good analytical and conceptual skills combined with team spirit and high sense of responsibility
* Extensive knowledge of business processes in retail is an advantage
* Fluent written and spoken German as well as good English skills
* Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and enjoys customer contact and a consultative role
* Willingness for occasional business trips - not generally
