Location: Solothurn +1 day HOME OFFICE
As a SAP QM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM processes.
* Configuring and customizing SAP QM modules to meet specific business needs.
* Providing expertise in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of SAP QM processes.
* Conducting regular system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the QM module.
* Training end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices.
* Participating in project planning, execution, and support activities related to SAP QM.
skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience as an SAP QM Specialist, including configuration and customization.
* Fluent in German, with strong communication skills in both German and English.
* Solid understanding of quality management processes and methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with SAP QM module implementation and support.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
