SAP Business Analyst for Time & Attendance - GERMAN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business Analyst for Time & Attendance to join an in-house team in Zürich, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Time & Attendance solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze business requirements and design solutions for SAP Time & Attendance
* Analysis, technical specification and development of recommendations for a company-wide time and activity recording solution in the group
* Assumption of 1st and 2nd level support
* Support of audit measures by internal and external auditors Administration and further development of uniform time and activity recording and release processes
* Develop and maintain documentation, including functional and technical specifications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP Time & Attendance solutions
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
* Technical knowledge in CATS, CATS-Fiori, ProTime, Fieldservice FSM, SuccessFactors (Time Recording) and approval workflow/Fiori Inbox advantageous
* Ideally knowledge of S/4 HANA (especially CO activity accounting) and SAC.
* Process knowledge of time/benefit recording and approval, services and mobile
* scenarios
* Analytical and team-oriented thinking as well as a structured, department-oriented way of working
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in German and English
