ERP Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience to lay the foundation for your career in ERP administration.
* Exposure to ERP systems, C#, and SQL, with a willingness to learn and develop your expertise further.
* Support the management and administrative tasks of the ERP system under the guidance of experienced team members.
* Collaborate with the team to address and resolve issues reported by end-users, serving as the point of contact for troubleshooting.
* Actively participate in user support and training initiatives to assist employees using the ERP system.
* Assist in executing daily ERP administrative tasks while adapting to the changing needs of the business.
* Contribute to developing and enhancing the ERP system to meet user requirements and streamline processes.
* Work on integrating the ERP system with other business systems, gaining exposure to various aspects of the organization's operations.
* Learn to administer and optimize SQL statements and reports to support data-driven decision-making for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience to demonstrate your technical inclination.
* Experience in a relevant technology environment, with exposure to ERP systems, C#, and SQL considered a plus.
* A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail, ready to learn from experienced professionals in the team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
