Your Role: As a Level 2 SAP Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our SAP systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

* Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP incidents to minimise business disruptions.
* Enhancements and Customisation: Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and customisations.
* Performance Optimisation: Work on performance tuning and system optimisation to ensure efficient SAP operations.
* Knowledge Sharing: Train Level 1 support and end-users on SAP best practices and solutions.
* Problem Solving: Analyse complex SAP issues and propose innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in SAP support, preferably in a retail environment.
* SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FI, CO) and experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA (we are in prestudies for our migration to S/4HANA)
* Team Player: Collaborative and able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
* Problem-Solver: Proactive with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Communication: Effective communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
