Junior ICT SAP Module Administrator (IS-H) Department: IT

Job Description: As a Junior ICT SAP Module Administrator (IS-H), you will play a crucial role in the operation and further development of the SAP module IS-H (industry solution healthcare Switzerland) at seven different healthcare institutions. Working closely with your colleagues from the two SAP teams, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the system and help optimize processes in collaboration with the specialist department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing tariff catalogues and contracts, providing user support and training to key users, and assisting in sub-project management for various SAP projects related to patient administration and billing.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and further develop the SAP module IS-H at multiple healthcare institutions
* Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure the effective functioning of the system
* Identify opportunities for process optimization in collaboration with the specialist department
* Maintain and enhance tariff catalogues and contracts
* Provide user support and conduct training sessions for key users
* Assist in sub-project management for SAP projects related to patient administration and billing

Requirements:

* Completed business informatics and/or business management training
* Preferably, experience in supporting or using SAP IS-H (CH) or related modules such as FI/CO, MM, or SD
* Knowledge and interest in tariff and healthcare domains
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
* Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
