You will be responsible for the support and further development of group-wide applications in the areas of accounting, billing (integration SD), and procurement (integration MM and VIM) within the insurance industry. You will be involved in technical design, detailed specification of solutions, and conducting fit-gap analysis to align with the defined core requirements. Additionally, you will participate in project activities including implementation, testing, migration, and introduction of new solutions in close coordination with specialist departments, country organizations, and provide ongoing support to resolve productive incidents.
Responsibilities:
* Support and further develop group-wide applications in accounting, billing, and procurement
* Conduct technical design and detail specification of solutions
* Perform fit-gap analysis to align with defined core requirements
* Implement, test, migrate, and introduce new solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
* Provide ongoing support and resolve incidents during the operational phase
* Assist in training users on new functions and implementing new processes
Requirements:
* Higher education in business administration, science, or technology
* Experience in requirements engineering and technical knowledge in finance and procure-to-pay processes within the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of SAP finance modules, particularly the integration of SD and MM, including configuration in the SAP system (e.g., IDoc posting, Adobe forms, MM BANF workflow)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information
* Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
* Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
