Missions:
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: - In charge the RUN of our Global HRIS solution based on SAP Success Factors (Employee central, recruiting, career site, Onboarding, Performance, Succession…) - Management of a level support team (2 internal FTEs; 1 for EMEA and 1 for APAC) - In charge of our HRIS tools' design and architecture to insure consistency globally and compliance with HRIS systems - Lead implementation projects for new Global HRIS solutions (video interview, career site…) - Look for innovative solutions to improve employee's digital journey
Your assets:
6 to 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions - Good knowledge of Success Factors (Employee central is mandatory, other modules is a plus) - Ability to deal with complex HRIS and IT landscapes - Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Other language is a plus.
