SAP Project Manager


Overall Picture:

* Direction of revenue creation - role currently will look at what they're doing on daily basis. Client meetings, project process, project budgets, deadlines & quality, related to resources, potential technical issues. Handling info and helping clients to get problems solved. Looking at project progress. It's to ensure clients are moving in the right direction and help to steer the process.
* Very diverse and building the department now -everything is in place regarding the projects and the admin of it - what type of projects and which consultants that are going on and the budgets and contracts etc. But they don't have that person to engage with the customer on the beforehand and the aftermath - after the delivery - don't have the person to go into the customer and ask for their feedback. How happy what's next etc. Some projects need more hands on than others - don't have someone finding new opportunities with the customers afterwards.
* Coordinating with C level.
* Someone who can explain the landscape - on the managerial level to ensure client satisfaction.

* It is of upmost value that there's understanding of SAP - can be from a functional side, not necessarily technical but good level of understanding so can speak with clients fluently about this and understand the SAP landscape.
* Project management skills
* There will be coaching time for this role hence why they need the right person as it's a lot of investment.
* Need someone who has a good social attitude and approach with clients.
* They're looking for a generalist who has enough knowledge to be the first line or general of the overview.
