Rattaché au directeur SIRH, vous aurez les missions suivantes:
* In charge the RUN of our Global HRIS solution based on SAP Success Factors (Employee central, recruiting, career site, Onboarding, Performance, Succession…)
* Management of a level support team (2 internal FTEs; 1 for EMEA and 1 for APAC)
* In charge of our HRIS tools' design and architecture to insure consistency globally and compliance with LVMH HRIS systems
* Lead implementation projects for new Global HRIS solutions
* Look for innovative solutions to improve employee's digital journey
Vos atouts:
* 4 to 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions
* Good knowledge of Success Factors (Employee central is mandatory)
* Ability to deal with complex HRIS and IT landscapes
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
