Company Overview

Role & Responsibilities

* Provide advice, consultancy and support on the technical implementation of the HR solution by working closely with the HR Digital Team.
* Assist in technology solutions and support to address the need by improving the overall efficiencies and best practices of the HR department.
* Strategy and validate the HR solution architecture in the direction of satisfying business requirements, architecture road-map, cost and enterprise technology strategy.
* Facilitate regular analysis of the new HR solution by conducting gap analysis and reviewing the technology solution options.
* Work with business analysts to gather and analyse user's requirements and design artifacts in order to propose a practical and feasible HR solution.
* Act as liaison between the vendor and in-house application team to ensure the deliverable of products and services on time.
* Partner with the IT infrastructure team to ensure the delivery of infrastructure for the HR applications.
* Inspect and manage the HR application solution from initial phrase to project implementation.
* Provide leadership and direction to the HR Application team.

Skills & Qualifications

* Possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 5 years of working experience on IT applications and solutions or related discipline.
* Skilled in listed HRIS products (E.g. Workday/ SuccessFactors/Oracle Fusion/Peoplesoft/IPL)
* Has a good understanding of structuring and developing HR work-flow automation and analytic
* In-depth knowledge in HRIS practice, arrange and develop the strategic digital road-map including the data strategy, cloud migration and technical capabilities to develop and perform the core operation
* Pro-active approach, task-oriented and capable of working under pressure
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
