Consultant data migration successfactors

Mission:
Execute the end-to-end data migration from the current HR ecosystem to SuccessFactors, according to the strategy defined and validated by the Data Migration Lead, and in close collaboration with the Integrator Team in charge of the loading and the Wave Data Migration Lead.
Key responsibilities:
Data Mig Strategy
o Support the Data Migration Lead in the communication of the Data Strategy to the Waves and Countries (Mapping, Rules, Planning, RACI -> Cleansing, Extraction, Transformation, Enrichment, Upload, Checks)
o Support the Data Migration Lead in the update of the Strategy, taking into account the REX of the execution of the Data Mig all along the project (Iterations + UAT + Production)
Data Mig Planning
o Participate to the build and the review of the detailed planning related to Data Migration
Data Migration Execution
o Test the Data Extract Scripts in the right instances, built and updated according to the country specific configuration by the Global HRIS Team from IT2 to UAT
o Make sure the enrichment files are completed by the countries, in close collaboration with the Wave Data Migration Lead, in all the phases of the project (Iterations, UAT, Production)
o Analyse and share impacts (feasibility timing, workload, pre-requisite, requested tests etc.) on data migration linked to configuration change
o Execute the Extract Script in the right instance during the production cutover
o Analyze the Upload Errors in the Files and define corrective action plan, in close collaboration with the Integrator Data Migration Team, during all the phases of the project (Iterations, UAT, Production)
o Make sure the correction of the data in the current HR systems are done, in close collaboration with the Wave Data Migration Lead during all the phases of the project (Iterations, UAT, Production)
Data Migration Documentation and REX
o Organize and facilitate REX sessions on Data Migration all along the projects, summarize the outputs and propose improvement action plan to be validated by the Data Migration Lead
o Participate to the Playbook Update
