Job Advert: SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant
Are you looking to kick-start your career? Do you enjoy addressing business requirements and creating functional specifications? Would you like to work within an international team?
We are seeking an experienced and engaged SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant for an end-user client based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Proactively contribute to the support and maintenance of applications, analyzing and resolving incidents and problems, supporting key users, and making error corrections.
* Analyze functional requirements for the business unit, key users, or other stakeholders. Investigate and propose cost/effort estimations for potential solutions. Make recommendations to facilitate efficient decision-making.
* Provide consultation and advice, proposing solutions regarding SAP Maintenance Solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and investigations within ERP Maintenance. Organize training sessions and workshops for the business unit.
* Translate and realize functional requirements into technical designs within the framework of architecture guidelines. Configure the application and environment to ensure system design durability and alignment with business requirements. Collaborate closely with the business unit in project teams.
* Conduct and document various tests (unit, system, regression, and integration). Support the business unit/key users during acceptance testing.
* Adhere to company processes, procedures, and guidelines, such as ITIL processes.
* Monitor sector developments, identify potential improvements in functionalities, performance, and processes, and translate this data into concrete improvement proposals.
* Contribute to the journey from ECC to S4 Hana as part of the internal SAP implementation team.
Who Are You?
As a SAP PM Consultant, you will be responsible for requirements analysis, functional design, development, and maintenance of SAP PM applications within the IT area. You should have:
* Experience as an SAP Consultant, with hands-on configuration experience
* Specific knowledge within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Solutions.
* Experience with S4 Hana projects previously is beneficial but not a must.
* Understands how to work in close collaboration with the business, functional requirements gathering, translating and creating documentation.
* Ability to cooperate with team members and customers, and communicate effectively.
* Independent work style with a strong initiative.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* It is a requirement that you have Full professional fluency in Swedish language and English, both verbal and written.
