A leading Sage business partner is now looking for a Sage 200 Specialists to join their team as a part of their growth.
Working as a part of a project team, the client is looking for an enthusiastic, bright team member who has experience with Sage 200 installation, support, maintain and improve software solution. The ideal candidate will either have a background working at Sage or a Sage re-seller doing a similar role or at an end user working with Sage 200.
You will be a part of support team providing telephone and email support to their customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting queries and problems and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.

The role will be remote with office visits based in Northampton.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Good knowledge of Sage 200 product suite
* Proven IT support/administration experience
* Experience of working with MS SQL server
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levels
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
