Senior HR Officer (SAP HRIS + SAP Payroll)


Job Description

A public listed company with over 10 business locations (EMEA, Japan) is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their progressive team. The ideal candidate should be well equipped with C&B knowledge and possess hands-on experience in payroll using HRIS systems such as SAP, BIPO, IPL and etc.

Job Responsibilities:

* Directly report to the Director of HRA.
* Perform full spectrum of C&B services including but not limited to employment administration, tax filing, payroll operations, salary review, budget forecast and etc.
* Responsible for the implementation of HR C&B policies and procedures as well as administrate SAP payroll system to ensure accurate and prompt monthly payroll processing.
* Prepare and provide HR C&B reports and provide accurate analysis for management's review.
* Provide advice and guidance on C&B related matters.
* Participate in HRIS system upgrades, implementations and rollouts whenever necessary.
* Keep track on the latest trends in relation to C&B and coordinate closely with HR team members to ensure effective Human Resources processes.

Job requirements:

* Higher diploma and above in Human Resources/Business, Accounting, or a related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B functions, including solid payroll experience with HRIS systems.
* Familiar with using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets including vlookup, pivot table and etc.
* Experience in HRIS administration or implementation role is a plus.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with good numerical sense.
* Be pro-active with can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager.
