Junior Epicor Support consultant


As a Junior Epicor Support Analyst, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to users of the Epicor Kinetic software platform.

You will be responsible for assisting users with troubleshooting, providing training sessions, and ensuring smooth operation of the software within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide first-line support to end-users of Epicor Kinetic software, addressing queries and technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct training sessions for new users to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the software's functionality and features.
Document support tickets, resolutions, and user feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of the software platform.
Stay updated on the latest releases, updates, and best practices related to Epicor Kinetic software.
Qualifications :

At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Epicor Kinetic software is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Prior experience providing software support or training is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
