SAP GRC Consultant in Stavanger, Norway
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in the field of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
An interesting client based within the oil & gas industry are seeking this particular area of expertise within SAP and so we are eager to recruit someone to become a valued member of their vibrant and energetic team as an SAP GRC Consultant in Stavanger, Norway!

Requirements:
* Experienced in the field of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). More specifically the candidate needs to have experience with SAP GRC - both Process Control (with continuous control monitoring) and Risk Management. These tools are used to define key controls and business process control by i.e. identifying key business characteristics for monitoring
* Configuration experience
* Someone with a finance background, auditing experience and a good understanding of business and compliance.
* Experience from Oil & Gas would be a big plus.
* The candidate must be fluent in English both verbally and in written language. We would prefer candidates who are seeking permanent employment as we'd love you to join our team based in Stavanger!

SAP Security/Roles & Authorizations Consultant to be based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland
Position: SAP Authorization Expert
Location: Nordics

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Authorization Expert to join our dynamic team and contribute to our large-scale business process program involving an S/4 implementation.
Job Summary: The SAP Authorization Expert will be responsible for SAP Security access and user access controls for all SAP instances. This role requires close collaboration with SAP functional teams and the system integration partner to architect, design, implement, and govern the SAP security framework. You will work with the compliance team to ensure all internal and external audit requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain standards and procedures for SAP Security (Fiori, Application, and HANA) as well as user access controls for all SAP instances.
* Review business blueprints, functional specifications for SAP security role development, and user acceptance test plans; participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
* Develop a centralized process for SAP security role administration.
* Ensure that security roles are appropriately assigned to users and thoroughly tested before deployment.
* Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure audit requirements are met.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an SAP Authorization Expert.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in S/4 roles and security.
* Proficiency in DB HANA roles and security.
* Expertise in Fiori APP authorization.
* Strong experience in roles and authorizations within SAP S4/HANA.
* Skilled in Security Design and Blueprinting of SAP roles and authorizations.
* Capable of customizing and auditing SAP roles and authorizations.
* Good understanding of segregation of duties (SOD).
* Experience with external security partners like audit.
* Familiarity with ticket handling tools such as JIRA is beneficial.
* Knowledge of SOLMAN authorizations is beneficial.
* Experience in Fiori APP development is beneficial.
* Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within an international context.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in any Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) is a bonus.
