SAP Systems Manager - Oslo
In collaboration with the customer, we are looking for a SAP system manager within logistics. SAP Systems Manager for logistics, you will be responsible for running the logistics side of SAP, but you will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks and projects that will expand your expertise and develop your skills. You will also contribute to establishing good SAP processes in this organisation. We are looking for someone who not only understands the technical elements, but also the business, and can advise on business processes, upgrade solutions, discuss with stakeholders and has S4 Hana experience. It is also beneficial if you have BTP, but if you don't but are open to learning, this is also interesting. Your duties and responsibilities will include: * Have professional responsibility for SAP Logistics in the group * Ensure a good user experience * Support business change, configure and implement, including testing and production deployment * Provide training for SD superusers, and stay up-to-date in your area of expertise (both business and SAP) * Responsible for ensuring that there is documentation on the solution * Prepare transparent long-term plans for deliveries and decisions We are looking for you who have: * A thorough understanding of SAP sales and distribution preferably with Retail domain experience * Practical configuration experience with SAP Sales and Distribution * Previous consulting experience and understanding of working "hands on" in adaptation, configuration and requirements gathering * Experience with/knowledge of SAP architecture and S/4 Hana * Good understanding of ICT and opportunities linked to the application of SAP to achieve efficient work processes * Knowledge of SAP implementation and integration to various other modules within SAP * Knowledge of WMS, Swisslog, Astro or equivalent * The competence to see the whole and the consequences of decisions across functional areas * is solution-oriented and independent * Has good written and oral communication skills in both Norwegian and English What does this customer have to offer? * In the office, they have a canteen and a cafe, with their own barista * For those who like to cycle to work, or exercise during the break, they have a changing room with a shower in the building * Social events, both for you and your family - they even have something for the little ones! * Option for a home office
