Our client is well-established pioneer within its industry with over 100+ employees in its growing IT team that is further divided into applications and infrastructure team. They are currently seeking IT calibres with business analysis experience in ERP/CRM/E-commerce/HRIS to join their Enterprise Solutions team and involve in a brand new system revamp.

Role & Responsibilities

* Responsible for user requirements collection and analysis, troubleshooting and providing functional specifications
* Support project revamp and enhancements
* Coordinate with users, business stakeholder and solution providers for the project implementation and production support activities
* Preparing user manual documentation and conducting UAT and post go-live support
* Involve in ad-hoc projects / tasks assigned by supervisor

Skills & Qualifications

* Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
* Relevant experience in ERP/CRM/E-commerce/HRIS applications would be a strong advantage
* Great interpersonal and communication skills, willing to learn and explore in the latest market technologies
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English
* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
* Immediate starters would be highly preferred

Notre client est une ETI industrielle qui est en train de déployer l'ERP Sage X3. Nous recherchons un « Chef de projet ERP Technique Sage X3 » afin d'intégrer l'équipe IT. Vous serez encadré par le DSI

Missions principales :

Gestion et pilotage de projets informatiques :

* Diriger les projets d'évolution des logiciels métiers
* Superviser la mise en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur nos systèmes ERP

Développement et intégration ERP :

* Concevoir et implémenter de nouvelles interfaces et fonctionnalités, notamment sur l'ERP Sage X3

Formation et support aux utilisateurs :

* Offrir des formations et un soutien technique aux utilisateurs

Maintenance des interfaces et systèmes :

* Développer et maintenir les interfaces entre la comptabilité et les divers logiciels du système d'information
* Assurer l'exploitation régulière des interfaces comptables et de vente

Exploitation des données commerciales :

* Analyser et traiter les données pour en extraire les informations stratégiques nécessaires au service commercial

Travailler en lien étroit avec la direction comptable

Compétences requises :

* Expertise en gestion de projets informatiques, avec un accent sur les ERP
* Maîtrise du développement et du fonctionnel sous Sage X3
* De bonnes compétences en développement sous PHP (le C serait un plus) et une excellente maîtrise du SQL
* Capacité à former et à assister les utilisateurs sur les outils et processus ERP
* Une grande rigueur, de l'autonomie et de bonnes compétences en communication sont indispensables

The project needs a senior & experienced SAP Consultant to work within Production Planning for a client based in Norway. The consultant should have from production industry, be an expert in SAP PP, able to complete hands-on configurations and be familiar with MES integration and/or PPDS planning.

* Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di SAP MM Consultant.
* Conoscenza approfondita dei moduli SAP MM e capacità di implementarli e configurarli in modo efficace.
* Esperienza comprovata nella consulenza ai clienti.
* Capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente con i clienti e i membri del team.
* Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.

DEVELOPPEUR ERP SAGE X3

Notre client, intégrateur de logiciels de gestion, recherche un Developpeur Sage X3 afin de renforcer son équipe informatique.

Missions :

* Maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l'environnement
* Accompagnement dans les évolutions de notre ERP et les montées de version
* Développement de spécifiques métier au sein de Sage X3
* Développement de modules complémentaires à Sage X3 (webservices, passerelles, BI, requêtes, reportings, imports et exports de données)
* Accompagnement des utilisateurs sur l'outil (formation, support)
* Gestion des incidents et anomalies liés à l'outil

Compétences

* Expérience en développement sous Sage X3
