    Vous rejoignez leur équipe projet, et, sous la responsabilité du Directeur de projet, vous participez à l'ensemble des services clients de leur offre dédiée aux ERP Sage 100 Cloud.

    Vos missions sont les suivantes :

    * Analyser le besoin du client
    * Rédiger les analyses
    * Paramétrer et déployer des solutions ERP Sage 100 et BI
    * Former à l'utilisation de la solution Sage 100 Cloud
    * Accompagner à la mise en production
    * Rédiger la documentation utilisateurs
    * Démontrer les phases d'avant-vente
    * Conseiller sur le Best Practice

    Issu d'une formation en comptabilité et/ou gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de consultant ou chef de projet sur les modules comptabilité et gestion commerciale de Sage 100 (ou similaire).

    * Maîtrisant Sage 100 Cloud et ses produits (coeur de gamme comptabilité, gestion commerciale)
    * Dotée d'une connaissance du produit Sage 100 ou d'un outil de gestion similaire

    Client final dans le secteur de l'industrie chimique présent à l'international, offre une gamme diversifiée de produits, services et solutions dans des secteurs tels que le traitement des liquides, les produits de luxe, l'industrie alimentaire, l'agriculture et la santé.

    Dans le cadre d'un accroissement de leur activité, mon client recrute un Chef de Projet SI/ ERP SAGE X3 en CDI.

    Vos Missions seront :

    · Porter la responsabilité du ou des projets dans toutes ses dimensions (stratégiques, financières, organisationnelles, techniques, …)

    · Piloter l'ensemble des projets dans toute leur complexité

    · Être garant de l'enjeu stratégique du projet pour le métier



    Activités principales:

    1) Direction du projet

    · Etre responsable de la spécification, du développement/paramétrage et tests technique

    · Valider la recette du projet



    2) Communication / animation

    · Mener toutes les actions permettant de mener le ou les projets à bonne fin

    · Gérer et animer la communication auprès des différentes équipes

    · Préparer et piloter la conduite du changement



    3) Gestion des ressources

    · Conduire, optimiser et prendre la responsabilité de l'ensemble des ressources du ou des projets (humain, budget, métier, décision finale)

    · Être responsable de la gestion financière du ou des projets ainsi que des exigences définies (qualité, coûts, délais)



    Profil :

    Vous justifiez d'une expérience avérée sur de la gestion de projet SI/ ERP.

    Vous disposez d'une expérience réussite sur Sage X3.

    Un niveau d'anglais courant est nécessaire pour le suivi de certains projets et correspondances diverses.

    La pratique d'une autre langue étrangère sera un plus (Italien, Cantonais et/ou Mandarin).

    Deplacement à l'international à prévoir.

    * Bonne connaissance des principaux outils de développement et d'un ensemble de solutions applicatives (ERP, CRM,…), des bases de données
    * Capacité à comprendre les impacts de l'architecture du système d'information sur le projet, et bonne connaissance des architectures applicatives
    * Maîtrise des méthodologies et outils de modélisation
    * Compréhension de l'environnement et des activités de l'entreprise, des besoins et des contraintes des utilisateurs

    Savoir-être

    * Bonnes qualités relationnelles et de communication afin d'assurer une collaboration efficace avec son client, et avec les prestataires
    * Rigueur et autonomie pour gérer tous les aspects d'un projet (délai, coût, qualité…)

    Role & Responsibilities

    Due to impressive growth within Norway, we are now seeking x3 highly motivated and experienced ERP Consultants to join our dynamic team. As the primary focus area, you will be responsible for analysing and determining our customer's needs, leading project implementations, providing training, and offering ongoing support related to our customers ERP system.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Analyse and review customer needs, mapping requirements to the Solution capabilities.
    * Lead, manage, and direct new customers to gather specific information required for initial implementation.
    * Evaluate existing processes and recommend mainstream improvements.
    * Lead projects with customers to implement changes and improvements in relation to the Solution.
    * Develop and implement improvements based on customer needs.
    * Lead and participate in ERP Solution implementations for new and existing customers.
    * Provide clear documentation of each project phase and solution implementation.
    * Perform system configuration, data migration, and testing.
    * Identify client needs that can generate additional services and/or product sales.
    * Maintain ongoing professional relationships with assigned clients.

    Requirements:

    Education and/or Work Experience:

    * Education in relevant fields such as business management or finance.
    * Solid understanding of general and financial business processes.
    * Prior experience in project leadership and implementing software solutions.
    * Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar function (not a prioritised requirement).
    * Minimum of 5 year's working experience in the manufacturing industry and SME industry.
    * Strong partnerships and relationships with senior stakeholders in the SME Manufacturing industry in Norway.
    * Prior experience working with people to help organisations work smarter and more efficiently.

    Generic and Functional Skills/Competencies:
