Job Description
Our client is a universally recognized organization with over 15000 employees located in HK, Mainland China and the US. They are seeking a Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Solutions team and report directly to the IT Manager of the team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and involving in various aspects of the company's corporate solutions including ERP, Finance and other SaaS platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
* Involve in blueprint design, business user requirements gathering and then translating them to functional specifications
* Have the opportunity to lead and manage different projects teams and external stakeholders (vendors & consultants) during IT project delivery
* Create and present requirement documents, including process mapping diagrams and workflow for stakeholders review
* Manage and collaborate with internal & external resources and business users throughout the whole project implementation period. Provide support and expertise during all phases of the IT project life cycle
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends. Facilitate and support business process change.
Skills & Qualifications
* Degree Holder
* Around 5 years of working experience in IT with great experience in Business Analysis / System Implementation
* Experience in Agile / Hybrid project is a plus
* Experience in Data Analytics / Reporting is a plus
* Experience in ERP, Finance, SaaS Solutions is a MUST
* Experience in stakeholder management or vendor management
* Presentable, graet communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
