Refer a job seeker

Earn £250/$250 worth of vouchers providing all of the following criteria apply:

  • You recommend a friend or colleague who has not previously registered with Washington Frank International
  • We place the referee in either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original referral
  • The referee completes 60 days of work in their new position

You will receive your payment once the candidate has completed 60 days of work in their new position.

Refer a company 

Earn multiples of £250/$250 worth of vouchers providing all of the following criteria apply:

    • You refer a hiring manager who is actively recruiting, and willing to use our services, whom we do not have prior knowledge of
    • The referred hiring manager goes on to employ a job seeker through Washington Frank International, in either a permanent or contract role, within 12 months of your original recommendation
    • Any individual placed with the hiring manager completes 60 days of work in their new position
