    * Collaborate closely with business units and system vendors to provide application support.
    * Identify and troubleshoot issues related to business applications, ensuring smooth operations.

    Key Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    * 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within global-scale organizations.
    * Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or sourcing fields is a plus.
    * Proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft 365 applications.
    * Familiarity with system integration (e.g., EDI, API) is preferred.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
    * Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
