Job Description
We are currently representing a leading group business in search of a skilled System Analyst (ERP) to join their enterprise technology team. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing core ERP platforms (Oracle EBS and Dynamics 365) and enterprise systems across Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will bring both functional and technical knowledge to drive system improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and support strategic IT initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise systems including ERP (Dynamics 365 / Oracle EBS).
* Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and external vendors to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
* Manage system configurations and assess change requests to ensure alignment with governance and architecture standards.
* Participate in technical discussions around system integration, data flows, and process design across various modules.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.
* Design and implement functional enhancements, reports, or workflows using tools such as X++, PL/SQL, and Power Platform.
* Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and system configuration records.
* Support project delivery initiatives including new module rollouts, ERP migrations, or acquisition-driven systems integration.
* Contribute to training and adoption of new features, ensuring a smooth change management process for stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in system support or functional consulting across ERP platforms (preferably Dynamics 365 SCM, Oracle EBS, or similar).
* Strong functional understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Warehouse Management processes.
* Familiarity with development or troubleshooting using X++, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, or Power Automate is highly preferred.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors or system integrators.
* Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, functional documentation, and system optimization.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and integrations via Azure or related platforms is a plus.
