    Stiamo ricercando un/una IT SAP Service Manager da inserire nell'IT Department. La figura, a riporto del Digital Transformation Manager, si occuperà di gestire i progetti assegnati di sviluppo e implementazione delle soluzioni applicative per le Società del Gruppo e i relativi impatti organizzativi ed operativi nel rispetto del budget e dei tempi previsti. La figura dovrà essere in grado di pianificare le attività, interagire efficacemente con i propri colleghi nella definizione degli aspetti architetturali delle soluzioni implementate e nella loro corretta gestione, di relazionarsi e coordinare team composti da figure interne all'Azienda e consulenti esterni, avvalendosi del loro apporto per portare a termine il progetto assegnato.



    Nello specifico le attività di sua responsabilità saranno:

    * Pianificazione e gestione delle attività inerenti ai progetti assegnati;

    * Coordinamento del team durante le fasi progettuali;

    * Individuazione ed attuazione di azioni correttive quando necessario;

    * Gestione SAL;

    * Redazione documentazione di progetto.





    Requisiti:

    * Esperienza tra i 3 e i 5 anni nel ruolo di PM (come Team Leader) in ambito di progetti IT complessi di implementazione soluzioni software, integrazione di sistemi e piattaforme in ambito Cloud e piattaforme/tecnologie SAP;

    * Gradita conoscenza funzionale delle soluzioni ERP SAP S/4 Hana, in particolare in ambito produttivo e logistico, SAP C4C, SAP BTP;

    * Padronanza delle principali tecniche e strumenti di Project Management;

    * Conoscenza lingua inglese; * Capacità di ascolto e di entrare in empatia con il proprio interlocutore;

    * Capacità di problem solving e decision-making;

    * Abilità comunicativa, capacità di negoziazione, gestione dei conflitti;

    * Forte flessibilità e capacità di adattamento a situazioni nuove;

    * Spiccato orientamento al risultato. Sarà apprezzata una certificazione in Project Management (PMI, Prince,…)





    Dovendo supportare il team nel prendere decisioni consapevoli e nel valutare la fattibilità delle soluzioni proposte e loro sostenibilità all'interno di una efficiente gestione dei sistemi informativi e delle infrastrutture tecnologiche, la risorsa dovrà necessariamente avere una formazione tecnica e di business per poter entrare nel merito delle questioni e contenuti ambito dei progetti assegnati, oltre che una conoscenza dei principi e caratteristiche delle soluzioni in ambito di Information & Application Technology. Considerato che molti progetti si baseranno su soluzioni e tecnologie in ambito SAP S/4Hana e su soluzioni SAP in ambito Cloud, quali SAP C4C e SAP Fiori e BTP, costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza in progetti applicativi basati su tali piattaforme.

    Responsibilities

    * Report directly to the Managing Director. Responsible for leading both IT application and infrastructure teams in daily IT operation business.
    * Drive and execute the various IT projects via managing the vendors, people resources and relevant policy implementation.
    * Coordinate with application teams, regional teams, users and vendors to achieve the project goals.
    * Lead the team to handle and manage projects whenever necessary.

    Requirements

    * At least 8 years and above of experience of handling enterprise and complex projects.

    * Possess relevant professional qualifications will be a plus but not necessary.
    * Dynamic, pro-active in proposing IT initiatives to the management.
    * Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Project roll-out Preparation: Prepare implementation schedule for each roll-out, including rescheduling based on the final development requirements identified during the delta blueprint phase
