As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to lead the technical strategy, design, and evolution of their core ERP landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Define and drive the enterprise application architecture strategy across ERP, Finance, HR, and related business platforms.
    * Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.
    * Provide architectural governance and technical leadership for large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units.
    * Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, including cloud-based ERP platforms, integration frameworks, data management strategies, and emerging AI capabilities.
    * Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
    * Oversee application integration, master data management, system performance, security, and operational excellence.
    * Manage relationships with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
    * Contribute to enterprise roadmap planning, technology standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    * 10+ years of experience within enterprise applications, solution architecture, or ERP transformation environments.
    * Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementation, migration, or modernization programs.
    * Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion / SAP S/4 HANA, with exposure to broader enterprise application ecosystems considered advantageous.
    * Solid understanding of enterprise integration architecture, cloud technologies, API frameworks, and data management principles.
    * Experience working with multiple business functions including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.
    * Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and influence technology decisions at an enterprise level.
    * Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, automation, or emerging digital technologies would be highly desirable.
    * Strong vendor management, governance, and project leadership experience.
    * Experience gained within consulting, system integration, or large MNC enterprise environments.

    Role Overview:
    A global organization is seeking a dynamic Technical Applications Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise system upgrades and application enhancement initiatives with a focus on ERP, PLM, SCM systems. This role combines technical oversight with strategic project delivery, supporting the continuous evolution of business-critical platforms.     * Prior experience of working as a Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager or equivalent position would be a strong plus.
    * Experience in consumer goods, sourcing, manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
    * Proven track record managing complex IT projects across geographically dispersed teams.
    * Practical understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and support models.
    * Proficiency with both Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
    * Strong leadership and mentoring skills for both onshore and offshore teams.
    * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
