    Overview:

    We are seeking a Senior Financial Consultant with extensive Epicor Kinetic experience to support a client currently optimizing and re-implementing their finance and scheduling functions. The consultant will lead configuration, process improvement, and training initiatives to help align Epicor's financial modules with the company's operational goals. This role will work closely with finance leadership, operations, and IT to ensure accurate reporting, efficient workflows, and improved cost visibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead the reimplementation and optimization of the finance and scheduling modules within Epicor Kinetic.
    *

    Analyze existing accounting processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    *

    Support costing, variance analysis, and month-end close processes within Epicor.
    *

    Configure and troubleshoot key financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Costing).
    *

    Ensure data integrity and alignment between finance, planning, and manufacturing operations.
    *

    Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure financial accuracy in production and job costing.
    *

    Provide hands-on end-user training for new finance staff and department heads.
    *

    Assist in developing customized financial reports and dashboards for management.
    *

    Partner with IT and functional teams to ensure compliance with best practices in Epicor system design.
    *

    Offer guidance on financial process documentation and change management.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    *

    7+ years of experience in Epicor ERP (preferably Kinetic v11 or later).
    *

    Proven background in financial module implementation, configuration, and support.
    *

    Deep understanding of cost accounting, variance analysis, and general ledger processes.
    *

    Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
    *

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
    *

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    *

    Experience training and supporting finance and operations teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    *

    Experience with multi-site environments or reimplementations.
    *

    Familiarity with Epicor scheduling and planning modules.
