    Sage 200 Implementation Consultant

    My client is an established Sage partner who have enlisted me to recruit an experienced Sage 200 Implementation consultant to join the successful collaborative team.

    As a Sage Consultant, you should be to confidently provide all aspects of the implementation life cycle: analysis of customer requirements, process mapping, end user training sessions, project delivery assistance and Consultancy. This role will see you visit client sites to provide pre-sales support for Sage projects as well as to carry out these projects from start to finish, including installations and training.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Carrying out pre-sales with detailed scoping documentation
    * Collation of a detailed project scope (in and out) and project plan
    * Managing the client implementation process through effective use of change control
    * Assessing a customer's system needs and understand their requirements
    * Implementing new Sage solutions for customers
    * Carrying out Sage Projects from start to finish, including training of end users.
    * Support existing Customers

    About you

    * A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
    * Sage 200 Financials and/or Commercials accreditations are desired but not essential
    * A good knowledge of Sage 50, Sage CRM and other 3rd party add-on is desired but not essential
    * A good SQL Skill set is also desired
    * A passion for Sage and IT
    * Full UK driving licence
    * Outstanding customer service skills
    * Excellent verbal and written and spoken communication skills
    * Possess good organisational and time management skills

    I am currently working with a Global firm who is looking to add a Unit4/Agresso ERP (U4ERP) Systems Analyst in their team. This is a newly created position due to growth of the company and multiple ongoing/upcoming project work whilst providing user support globally.

    The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of U4ERP (Modules - Financials, Project, Logistics and workflow) and experience providing user support. They will also be comfortable with SQL Server and relational database application, writing and scripting. Since the role is working with the users globally, a good communication skill is a must. The position is Hybrid, office based close to Liverpool street station which is commutable for anyone based in London area as well as Essex/Hertfordshire region.

    Apart from providing user support, the successful candidate will be working closely with ERP/IT team members based globally in planning, testing, and configuration of U4ERP modules in implementing business functions.

    In order to be considered for this position, you will have:

    * Excellent knowledge of U4ERP - multiple modules will be beneficial, not essential
    * Proven experience of providing 1st & 2nd line U4ERP user support

    I am currently working with a leading business based in Liverpool region who is looking to on-board a Business Systems Application Support.

    This is a hands on role to lead configuration, change, maintenance and support for the IT Business Systems used in all Group companies, including ERP, CRM and other industry specific applications.

    This role will be responsible for working with key stakeholders and end users on internal business applications which manage and control operational activities. By mapping and defining process improvements and implementing changes, the applications will be continually improved to meet the business requirements.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    * Work with key business stakeholders and end users to identify new IT system requirements and propose solutions to implement them
    * Lead in the modification of internal systems to meet the needs of the business and end-users
    * Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement business processes for application and system improvement
    * Lead and participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches, and new releases
    * Monitor the business applications, document and analyse issues, and publish maintenance schedules
    * Provide support for system issues, and offer advice and end user training
    * Create and maintain system documentation
    * Issue management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
    * Manage changes to IT systems through the IT Service Management System

    * Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
    * Strong technical experience in ERP, CRM and applications used in manufacturing and distribution businesses
    * Experience with Sage 1000 ERP is a bonus (Not essential)
    * Experienced with SQL query development

    * Eliciting user requirements and testing
    * User engagement in IT projects

    IT Business Analyst

    As an IT Business Analyst, your primary activities will be focusing on continuous improvement of business processes maximising the use of technology as well as working on some exciting projects all which span our 3 operating countries - UK, Netherlands and France. We use a Microsoft ERP to help manage our business processes covering the likes of customer services, sales / commercial, Finance, manufacturing, stock and spares management, Warehousing and Logistics. There will be some service management activities, reactive work (break fix), which you will work with the supplier and our internal IT team where appropriate, but primarily you will invoke technology and business process change. IT need to help the business recognise what technology is capable of, and this role is a conduit of that.

    Duties of the role:

    * Liaison between the IT department and the business functions
    * Acting as an information source and communicator between business functions, considering cross-functional dependencies

    * Consultative - This means a clear view on what the business needs and IT can give - we do not need technology pushed if there is no benefit, so clear advice on what the business needs based on facts
    * Effective communication is key, whether that's through verbal, written or workshop facilitation
    * Factual Decision Making - Cost benefit is often a driver, therefore being able to work with the business to identify cost of technology versus operational savings, is a huge advantage
    * Technically minded - This leads back to translating what the business needs and making it in to IT deliverables. You must be able to drive into the complexities of applications, databases and infrastructure
    * Reporting - Comprehensive knowledge of excel is critical. In addition, Data validation, manipulation and translation not only in Excel but in application databases is a must
    * Documenting and Presenting - Being able to coherently and confidently share your findings with an audience through business cases, presentations or requirements playback sessions, is a must

    A prestigious Unit4 ERP re-seller is currently looking for a Lead Unit4 Finance & Procurement implementation Consultant to join their expanding team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for complex Consultancy services to customers for Unit4 finance & procurement product set, by exhibiting product and knowledge to ensure successful delivery across a variety of multiple projects. : Supporting system design workshops, build consultancy, providing application consultancy and training, providing advice and guidance on business process, and assisting the customer to achieve the optimum solution to meet their business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Participate in client workshops in relation to their system design. Analyse requirements and proposed business processes, translating these into a documented Solution Design.

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    * Demonstrable experience of implementing Unit4 Finance & Procurement software solutions
    * Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior stakeholders within an organisation
    * Able to travel across the UK as needed, working remotely when required, with occasional overnight stays
    * Relevant experience working in a financial discipline within management consulting
