    Sage Intacct Support Analyst - UK Based (Remote) - Circa £40k

    Washington Frank is representing a leading Sage Intacct consultancy that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand its team by adding an Sage Intacct Support Consultant. You will be contributing to ongoing initiatives to improve financial processes, increase automation, and drive strong user adoption across multiple business units and client environments.

    This role is ideal for someone who has completed their Sage Academy training and is eager to be involved in an upcoming Sage Intacct support.     Your Role & Responsibilities:

    * Provide support for Sage Intacct users
    * Troubleshoot system issues and respond to finance system queries

    * Maintain documentation for support processes and solutions


    Key Experience & Skills:

    * Sage Intacct certification (Sage Intacct Academy completed)- essential

    Overview:

This individual will play a critical role in aligning Epicor Kinetic capabilities with operational business processes across multiple functional areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
    * Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within Epicor.
