    The Implementation Analyst participates in IT architecture design and Clinical software installations from inception to completion. The Analyst will assist customers in a successful deployment and validation of software for patient care, some of which include critical areas of a hospital.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Provide support to customers, with emphasis on high-level networking and application issues.
    * Prepare and discuss technical/security documentation with customers
    * Effectively troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including Server, Storage, Network, and Citrix/RD/VMware software related issues
    * Manage enterprise level application installs
    * Provide input and guidance on server, network, and storage architecture

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required; experience accepted in lieu of degree
    * 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, helpdesk, and network support required
    * Comprehensive understanding of servers, virtual environments, WAN and LAN topologies, Citrix, and storage environments required
    * Experience with network enterprise systems required; Working knowledge of HL7 interface, Mirth, and JavaScript a plus

    My client are a well known and respected Sage business partner looking for a Sage Line 500\1000 Technical Support Consultant to add to the team. As Sage 1000 end of life has been announced the first 2 years of this role will consist of supporting the current Sage 1000 customer base then after that you will be cross trained onto one of the other products they do to assist with migrating the customers onto new respective systems aligned with their business needs.

    Core Skills Required:

    * Experience of line 500\ 1000 essential

    * Sage Line 5001000 Application installation and configuration.

    * Knowledge of the System management of Sage 1000

    * Sage Printer setup

    * Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems client and server

    * SQL server installation and support skills preferably from SQL Server 2005 up to 2019.

    * Windows Printer setup.

    * Windows server knowledge and support preferably from Windows Server 2003 up to 2019.

    * Windows OS for PC knowledge, from Windows 7 onwards.
