    Key Responsibilities:

    * Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Recruitment Management.
    * Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
    * Training & Support: Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SuccessFactors platform.
    * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT teams to align SuccessFactors solutions with business strategies and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    * Experience in SAP SuccessFactors project implementation.
    * Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
    * Proven experience in project management and client engagement.
    * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
    * SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
