    Role & Responsibilities

    * To be the key focal point of Hong Kong and coordinate closely within the regional IT team based in Europe and deal with other team members or stakeholders to work on system maintenance and enhancements.
    * To deal with first level issue raised by users, perform debugging and troubleshooting regarding SAP systems with the goal of contributing to the group's business objectives.
    * To provide guidance and support to business users with off-shore IT team and vendors.
    * To proactively prepare relevant documentation and training materials for various development projects to ensure effective knowledge transfer within the group.
    * Any ad hoc tasks whenever necessary.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
    * 0-2 years of experience of any ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc)
    * Experience in SAP system support or implementation is a big plus.
    * A good team player that can work well in a team or individually with strong analytical & problem solving skills.
    * Presentable, self-started with great communication skills.
    * Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Participate in the implementation of business applications (ERP, HRIS) projects as well as provide support and maintenance to the platform
    * Responsible for collecting and analysing business user requirements, liaising with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
