Missions :

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

Profil recherché :

De formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+3 /Bac +5), vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 3 ans en administration d'ERP Sage X3 (v12 minimum). Vous avez également une connaissance approfondie de l'environnement BI et Base de Données associées.

Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel, vous avez le sens du service aux utilisateurs. Votre adaptabilité et votre rigueur vous permettent de participer à l'évolution du SI tout en garantissant sa pérennité.

Ce poste requiert :

* Connaissances approfondies de l'ERP X3 V12, et des environnements BI (idéalement SEI), Bases de Données, Requêtes SQL, …
* Une connaissance des environnements EDI/EAI et des Applications Prévisions de Ventes (Azap), Ordonnancement (Preactor), GMAO, Placement de Personnel, … serait un plus.

Role & Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve escalated support requests via telephone, email, and ticketing system.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to firewalls, networking, access points, and server operating systems.

* Provide support for Azure AD, Hyper-V, cloud infrastructure, Group Policy, and Office 365 Modern Workplace.

* Manage and troubleshoot networking VLANs, Wi-Fi, and firewall administration.

Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Fonctionnel(le) Sage X3 spécialisé(e) en finance pour accompagner nos clients dans la mise en place et l'optimisation de leur ERP Sage X3 Finance. Vous interviendrez sur toutes les étapes du projet, de l'analyse des besoins à la formation des utilisateurs.

Missions principales :

* Analyse des besoins clients : Collaborer avec les équipes financières pour comprendre et documenter les besoins fonctionnels.
* Paramétrage de Sage X3 : Configurer les modules financiers (comptabilité générale, auxiliaire, trésorerie, etc.) et les adapter aux spécificités métiers du client.
* Support et optimisation : Assurer un support fonctionnel, résoudre les incidents, et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser l'utilisation de l'ERP.
