    IT Retail Operation & Business Development Manager


    Vous serez rattaché à la Direction des Systèmes d'Information du groupe. Il s'agit d'un rôle clef dans notre organisation car votre mission sera de diriger des programmes et des projets d'envergure avec nos filiales internationales. Nous engageons un programme important d'intégration des entités du groupe dans le SI central (SAP et POS). Vous assumerez la conduite de ces projets dans toutes ses dimensions (IT, change management, fonctionnelles) et dans toute leur complexité. Vous êtes garant de la coordination tout en assurant le respect de la qualité de service en accord avec nos engagements, du respect des coûts et du planning. Vous travaillerez en relation permanente avec l'ensemble des acteurs en central et localement : IT et métiers.

    Par ailleurs, vous assurez un rôle d'ITAM (IT Area Manager) qui consiste à apporter un soutien aux pays pour lesquels vous assurez la coordination, dans l'optimisation de leurs opérations courantes mais également dans l'expansion de leurs activités. Vous jouerez un rôle important afin de pérenniser la relation avec les équipes locales.

    Vous participez enfin activement à l'industrialisation de notre méthodologie de gestion de projet. Vous êtes force de proposition sur la gestion du changement, l'adaptabilité de la méthode en fonction des projets et l'engagement des équipes IT.

    Direction de projets transverses

    * Gérer les projets d'intégration dans le SI central, de bout en bout et de façon transverse entre les différents domaines de la DSI (du fonctionnel au technique) et les équipes métiers locales et centrales.

    * Proposer le plan de l'organisation associé à ce programme et aux projets

    * Réaliser les Business Plan dans le cadre du business développement et de reprise d'activité

    * Accompagner les métiers et notamment les équipes locales dans leur gestion au quotidien ainsi que dans leurs divers projets

    * Assurer l'animation du réseau des IT internationaux au quotidien sur les processus de gestion d'incidents, de problèmes et de demande : points réguliers, amélioration continue, escalade, plan d'action, audit…

    * Comprendre, analyser et challenger les demandes métiers et suivre leur réalisation par les autres équipes de la DSI (Centre de compétence SAP, POS, Digital, infrastructure et réseau…)

    * Gérer activement le transfert de connaissances du SI pour les nouveaux IT manager internationaux

    Responsable méthode

    * Veiller à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service de la DSI
