Job Description

The Information Technology Manager is a key individual responsible for overseeing various aspects within the IT department. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in ERP management to ensure optimal system utilization. Maintaining a robust relationship with our network provider is crucial to uphold security and efficiency within our operations. A proactive and hands-on approach is essential to support diverse areas and meet the company's needs.

Information Technology Management

* Maintain effective relationships with our network provider.
* Optimize ERP usage, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and manage the annual agreement with the provider.
* Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure efficient and reliable performance of all hardware, software, office equipment, phones, and internet.
* Possess general knowledge of IT topics to resolve end-user issues or questions.
* Ensure system security through cybersecurity training and mitigating controls.
* Develop and foster strong relationships with other stakeholders to drive implementations, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
* Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for consistent and reliable department operations.
* Develop and manage the IT budget.
* Be generally available during off-hours for support as needed (infrequent).

Leadership

* Set direction for and coach staff to achieve success.
* Exemplify core values through close engagement and interaction with employees.
* Manage employee hiring, performance management, and training.
* Provide real-time feedback to staff to drive proactive performance improvement.

Education/Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Ten years of experience in various aspects of information technology.
* Supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements

* General knowledge and comfort with ERP software (expertise in a specific ERP system is strongly preferred).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at multiple levels within the organization.
* Ability to effectively train employees and conduct performance management activities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Confidentiality, integrity, and effective communication skills are required.
