    Job Overview: The Technical Syteline Administrator is responsible for the daily management and support of the organization's Syteline ERP and related integrations. This includes proactively supporting the deployment and maintenance of Syteline across all departments and partnering with key users to maximize the efficiency of the ERP.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Serves as a leader and project manager with overall responsibility for the Syteline ERP system supporting all business units.
    * Monitor ongoing successful daily operation of Syteline ERP and related integrations; ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
    * Troubleshoot Syteline errors and performance issues as they arise.
    * Provides Tier II/III level support for requests submitted by Syteline users.
    * Investigate and identify root causes of errors. Re-engineer processes to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and efficient processes are in place.
    * Document Syteline Administration Processes to ensure business continuity and institutional memory.
    * Maintain and automate key tasks to ensure Syteline is running optimally.
    * Design and implement form personalization and customization as needed by departments.
    * Collaborate with subject matter experts (internal and external) to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
    * Assess and analyze the impact of proposed changes on workflow and on staff. Design and develop documentation to support changes. Test applications to ensure business requirements and IT performance criteria are established and realized.
    * Perform Syteline core/plugin and relevant database management software systems upgrades/patches (including testing and support) as needed.
    * Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Job Summary:
    As a Syteline Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Syteline ERP system to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring seamless workflows and improved operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and customize Syteline ERP modules based on business requirements, utilizing Infor SyteLine tools and technologies.
    2. Collaborate with functional teams to understand system needs, workflows, and process improvements.
    3. Design and implement data integrations between Syteline and other enterprise systems.
    4. Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and modifications.
    5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syteline applications, providing timely support to end-users.
    6. Perform system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new releases.
    7. Assist in the training of end-users on Syteline functionalities and best practices.
    8. Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing processes to enhance system performance and user experience.
    9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Syteline technologies and trends to recommend best practices and improvements.
    10. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.

    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a Syteline Developer or in a similar ERP development role.
    3. Strong proficiency in Infor SyteLine tools, such as Mongoose, Form Design, and Customization.
    4. Knowledge of SQL and experience with database design and querying.
    5. Familiarity with system integration methodologies and APIs.
    6. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
    7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    9. Experience in manufacturing or [industry/sector] is a plus.
    10. Relevant certifications in Infor Syteline or ERP development will be advantageous.

    JOB PURPOSE:

    Support the company's global Syteline implementation and use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Support cross-functional team members during implementation and later incorporation into their day-to-day routine. Support end users with technical issues.



    ACCOUNTABILITY:

    * Provide global support/development of ERP software applications



    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    * Knowledge of Syteline CSI, Factory Track, SCE, ION.
    * Serve as part of companies global Syteline development team.
    * Support end-user system needs.
    * Perform customizations in the Syteline, Factory Track & SCE systems.
    * Create custom forms, IDO's and SP's.

    * Provide support for data integration with company websites.
    * Knowledge of EDI processing and procedures

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
