They are now seeking a Business Analyst (Business Intelligence) to join their collaborative team in Hong Kong to further create business opportunities through effective use of data. The role would encompass data management and data analysis in its day-to-day duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Perform duties from back end to front end, including but not limited to data management - cleansing & mapping, user requirements collection, reporting standization and etc
* Create new and maintain existing dashboards for reporting, and well as support report automation
* Participate in various data analysis tasks and project implementation tasks
* Identify areas of data improvements and provide suggestions according to the current state of the business
* Assist in analyzing operational data to gain insights and create presentations and storylines to support management decisions
* Facilitate communication between IT and different departments among the group
* Analyze change requirements, facilitate approval and implementation of those changes
* Deliver artifacts like functional specification, user case, test case, procedure manuals etc

Requirements:

* Degree holder of Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance Accounting or related disciplines
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
* Hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL, Tableau or Power BI; Profound knowledge in Python or Robotic Automation would be a definite advantage
* Experience in data analysis, data cleansing and data mapping
* Details oriented and strong analytical skills, well organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
* Good English communication & writing skills

* Participate in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Project.

Role & Responsibilities

* Responsible for user requirements collection and analysis, troubleshooting and providing functional specifications
* Support project revamp and enhancements

Description du poste

En pleine transformation digitale, le groupe lance des projets de transformation majeurs (Supply Chain, eCommerce, PLM, déploiement ERP, …) pour accompagner son expansion.

Au sein de l'équipe Projets de la DSI, vous pilotez la partie IT des projets Supply Chain amont en lien avec les métiers.

À ce titre, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

Gestion de projet :

* Assister les métiers dans les étapes de cadrage, la définition des besoins et la priorisation des fonctionnalités
* Élaborer, suivre et respecter le plan projet : périmètre, délai, coût, lotissement
* Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la solution : paramétrer les outils, spécifier et suivre les développements.
* Suivre le projet et piloter les prestations externes : consultants, développeurs, …
* Tester la solution et assister les utilisateurs dans la phase de recette
* Documenter la solution en vue de son passage en production puis en support
* Accompagner les key-users dans la gestion du changement

Business partner & gouvernance :

* Organiser et animer les comités de gouvernance métier pour les domaines dont vous serez en charge.
* Centraliser l'ensemble des demandes, des projets émis par le métier, les enregistrer et communiquer en interne
* Planifier et organiser les sujets auprès des acteurs de la DSIO en accord avec les priorités du métier.
* Réaliser le suivi des sujets et communiquer auprès de vos interlocuteurs métiers



Profil recherché

* Minimum 5 ans d'expériences en gestion de projets ERP Supply industrie
* Anglais professionnel, vous évoluerez dans un environnement international
* Connaissance de SQL
* Maîtrise en conduite de projets ERP
