    We are currently partnering with a leading organization supporting large-scale project initiatives in Hong Kong. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Database Specialist to join the team and support mission-critical enterprise systems and infrastructure projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise database systems and database programs to meet business and operational requirements.
    * Provide technical expertise in database analysis, data modelling, database architecture, performance tuning, migration, and optimization.
    * Support development teams on database definitions, schema design, troubleshooting, and best practices.
    * Participate in database administration and migration projects for large-scale enterprise applications.
    * Configure and support application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss, or WebSphere within 3-tier application architecture environments (Web / Application / Database).
    * Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and project teams to ensure stable and scalable system delivery.

    Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
    * Around 10-12 years of IT experience, including solid hands-on database administration and support experience.
    * Proven experience in at least one large-scale database administration, migration, or performance tuning project.
    * Strong exposure to database design, modelling, optimization, and technical support activities.
    * Experience in application server setup/configuration (e.g. WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere) supporting enterprise application environments.
    * Candidates with Oracle DBA certifications (Oracle Certified Professional / Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional) or Dameng-related certifications will highly preferred.
    * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
    * Experience supporting enterprise-scale or government-related projects would be advantageous
    * Familiarity with mission-critical environments and high-availability systems is preferred.

    Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités de conseil en SIRH, notre client recherche un(e) Consultant(e) SI Paie Senior pour intervenir sur des projets à forts enjeux réglementaires, organisationnels et financiers.

    Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets Paie et GTA : phases amont (diagnostic, cadrage, aide au choix), conception fonctionnelle, sécurisation des interfaces, reprise et fiabilisation des données, jusqu'au déploiement opérationnel.

    En qualité d'expert(e) Paie / AMOA, vous analyserez les environnements existants, formaliserez les règles de paie et de gestion des temps, et contribuerez à la définition des trajectoires SIRH ainsi qu'aux projets de transformation associés.

    Vous participerez ou piloterez des missions AMOA complexes, animerez les ateliers métiers, challengerez les livrables des éditeurs/intégrateurs et veillerez à la conformité réglementaire des solutions déployées.
    En tant qu'interlocuteur(trice) de référence du client, vous coordonnerez les parties prenantes, contribuerez aux instances de gouvernance et participerez au développement de l'activité via la capitalisation et l'avant‑vente.Profil recherché

    * Formation supérieure Bac+4/5 (RH, Systèmes d'Information, Gestion ou équivalent).
    * Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans en SI Paie, AMOA Paie ou conseil Paie.
    * Maîtrise des processus Paie et Gestion des Temps, y compris la formalisation du réglementaire et des règles de temps.
    * Compréhension des enjeux d'interfaces : Paie, Core RH, Finance, reporting.
    * Expérience sur les principales solutions du marché : ADP, Cegid, Cegedim, HR Access, Silae, Horoquartz, Kelio…
    * Maîtrise de l'anglais appréciée.

    Le poste

    En tant que Consultant(e) Senior Paie / SIRH, tu interviens sur des projets structurants dès les phases amont :

    * Accompagnement des équipes RH et IT dans la compréhension de leurs enjeux métier
    * Animation d'ateliers, formalisation des besoins et rédaction des livrables fonctionnels
    * Challenge des pratiques existantes et aide au choix des solutions paie / SIRH

    Profil recherché

    * Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en conseil Paie / SIRH
    * Solide maîtrise des fondamentaux paie (tu es à l'aise aussi bien sur le fonctionnel que sur l'opérationnel)
