Job Description
Our client is a long-established and reputable company in the industry. Known for its collaborative and people-focused culture, the company offers a stable and supportive working environment. To support upcoming digital transformation initiatives and business growth, they are currently expanding their IT team with the addition of a Senior Solutions Analyst (SAP) role.
Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the SAP Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the SAP environment to meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities include:
* SAP Enhancement & Support: Customize and configure SAP systems based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
* ABAP Development: Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs for custom reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements, and performance optimization.
* User Engagement & Training: Work closely with end users and cross-functional teams to understand pain points, gather requirements, and deliver technical solutions. Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions for new features or changes.
* Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical specifications, functional design documents, and user manuals.
* Operational Support: Provide timely support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
* Experience in IT Solutioning or Project Implementation is a plus.
* Solid hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including performance tuning, debugging, and report development.
* Familiarity with SAP functional modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM is highly desirable.
* Good understanding of business processes reengineering is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
