    What You'll Be Doing:

    * Partner with business stakeholders to understand enterprise needs, analyze gaps, and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
    * Lead projects and involve in system configuration, enhancements, and integration across core SAP modules, ensuring seamless functionality and high usability.
    * Deliver end-to-end project lifecycle activities including solution design, technical/functional documentation, testing (unit, integration, UAT), user training, and change management.

    What You'll Bring:

    * A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
    * Over 5 years of SAP experience, with a solid track record in one or more key modules: SD, MM, WM, PP, or FICO.
    * Practical experience in ABAP programming or other application development would be a great plus (.NET, C#)
    * Familiarity with other first-tier ERP systems is a bonus.
    * SAP certifications would give you an added edge.
    * Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    * A proactive, independent mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

    * Professional qualifications in project/programme management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are advantageous.
    * Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives in partnership with external vendors and stakeholders.
    * Expertise in advanced technologies: AI/ML, IoT, cloud computing, data platforms, and automation.
    * Strong leadership with the ability to inspire teams and influence at senior levels.
