    Role & Responsibilities

    * This role will report to the team's manager. Involve in business users' requirements study, design, development, enhancement and maintenance.
    * Coordinate with business users requirements collection and vendor management to ensure smooth delivery of the projects.
    * Pariticipate in system integrations with other business applications.
    * Encode, test, debug, maintain and document programs and applications.
    * Provide support to users across different regions whenever it is necessary.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

    * To lead on the 30-year forecasting and business planning that ensures our homes meet the current and future standards.
    * To ensure we know our homes through a variety of data sets that are kept dynamic and updated. This includes delivery of our home condition survey programme ensuring component age, condition and future replacement are recorded in the Asset Management database.
