My client, is multinational MNC with headquarters located in the Europe, seeking an IT Project Manager to join their IT Business Solutions team and drive new e-commerce / retail projects that are aligned with the company's missions and values.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * To lead the entire cycle of the software development project, including but not limit to analyse business requirements and specify functional requirements of a new system, develop project plan and schedule, manage the cost and quality of work.
    * Collaborate with the business team to align project outcomes and apply necessary controls.
    * Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
    * Identify potential project issues and risks proactively, and prepare for mitigation plans as necessary.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Degree holder, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
    * At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the retail industry.
    * Holder of PMP / PMI / CSM or other Agile certifications would be a great plus.
    * Experience in ERP / SAP or other retail solutions would be preferred.
    * Possess great problem solving skills and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth project coordination.
    * Familiar with project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.) and software development processes.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * This role will report directly to the Executive Director, responsible for setting IT roadmap, IT strategic planning, budgeting and execution to align the company's vision and direction.
    * Support the company's long term and short term plans by defining IT initiatives and continuously adopting new IT technologies in the market to fulfill business requirements.
    * Proactively develop and maintain project governance policies, standards, templates, guidelines and procedures.
    * Manage vendor relationships for any kinds of IT outsourcing services and provide assistance in establishing effective partnerships.
    * Provide mentorship and guidance to subordinates in the team.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Bachelor Degree holder and above in IT or related disciplines.
    * Extensive years of experience in the IT field. Solid hands-on experience in mid to large sized IT projects.
    * At least 10 years of experience in managerial position. Past track record of managing a team in an enterprise setting.
    * Experience in enterprise solutions delivery such as SAP, ERP, POS, CRM and etc.
    * Candidates with manufacturing industry background will be high preferred.
    * Project Management Professional (PMP) certified is a definite advantage.
