    M3 Functional Analyst - Supply Chain

    Position Summary:

    The M3 Functional Analyst will be part of the Solution Delivery Organization which is responsible to maintain all systems in operation with highest availability. As a member of the Solution Services Organization, the M3 Functional analyst will analyze the tickets raised by user(s) and provide response/resolution to the user or work with the concerned teams/ 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as the per the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business. The individual will also be responsible to work with the user community, architects, developers and testers to build and deliver small enhancements and projects in line with the global template design after aligning with the Solution Delivery organization.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Provide deep M3 functional expertise, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across different modules with focus on M3 Supply Chain
    * Assume full ownership of the support tickets in the respective process area, work with integration, other process teams, development teams, 3rd party support providers to resolve the tickets within Operational/Service Level Agreement limits.
    * Understand global template and regional solutions designed/developed by Solution Delivery teams and resolve the tickets keeping the solution intact.
    * Work in a team of M3 functional analysts.
    * Perform thorough testing including regression testing before releasing any solution for final user validation.
    * Associate will participate in project activities
    * Understand and follow IT processes in performing all day-to-day activities.
    * Understand IT Service Management process, update incident/problem/service tickets regularly and accurately and document resolution in the service management tool.
    * Design and Configure minor enhancements following the ADM standard configuration/naming standards, document Functional design documents.
    * Provide technical input in support of audit requests, as needed.
    * Follow regulatory compliance and Security standards.
    * Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunities

    Job Requirements:

    * Minimum 5 years' experience with M3
    * Experience with interfacing to other systems preferred
    * Knowledge of M3 modules in particular Supply Chain
    * Experience working with multi-cultural support teams spread across different geographies.
    * French and English speaking ability is a must.

    Senior Unit4 ERP Systems Analyst
    Essex- Remote
    £45,000 - £55,000

    The client is a Global firm who is looking to add a Senior Unit4 ERP (U4ERP) Systems Analyst in their team. This is a newly created position due to growth of the company and multiple ongoing/upcoming project work across the UK & EMEA region.

    The successful candidate will be a part of the internal U4ERP team and will be working mainly on systems development of U4ERP and other integrated systems. So the ideal candidate will have previous experience of U4ERP systems development with a good understanding of the life-cycle of project, integration methods & processes, implementation, upgrades, training users, testing new releases and supporting users.
    Modules they use - Financials & Logistics.

    The position is remote with twice a month office visit based in Central London/Kent. This is a great opportunity for any individual in a U4ERP ecosystem who is looking for an opportunity in Systems development with a reputable business, where they will be appreciated & kept busy.

    In order to be considered for this position, you will have:

    * Excellent knowledge of U4ERP - multiple modules will be beneficial
    * Proven experience of providing 2nd & 3rd line U4ERP user support
    * Good understanding of SQL
    * Strong communication skills - Able to liaise with employees at all levels (Technical/Non-Technical)
    * Been a part/led a U4ERP upgrades/implementation projects
    * Good understanding of life-cycle of project and integration methods & processes
    * An understanding of accountancy and also financial practices and procedures (desirable)
    * Full eligibility to work in the UK

    The salary range is between £45,000 - £55,000 - depending on experience + Annual bonus.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Perform group IT roles, directing local IT teams to support services and system functionality upgrades with system vendors for users.
    * Act as a IT application manager of manufacturing business related systems such as PLM, MES, ERP and APS system.
    * Design database structure and extract data for business analysis.
    * Responsible for establishing KPIs with users and extracting data from the system to automate KPI calculations.
    * Initial IT projects to study the feasibility and impact on business, drive digitalization journey with users and Group CIO.
