An established company is seeking a Prophet 21 Specialist with expertise in SQL and Crystal Reports to support reporting, data analysis, and ERP optimization initiatives. Overview

This is a permanent position, not a contract role.

Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Epicor P21 Operations Consultant to lead and support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring Epicor P21 aligns with operational business requirements across multiple functional areas.

Location: Remote with approximately 40% travel to client or company sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Epicor P21 implementations and system upgrades, ensuring successful deployment and operational readiness.
* Analyze business requirements and design operational solutions within Epicor P21.
* Configure, maintain,andoptimizecoreEpicorP21 Operations modules, including:

* Dynachange
* Planning & Scheduling
* Engineering
* Manufacturing/Production

* Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPMs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support reporting, analytics, and business operations.
* Translate business requirements into functional Epicor P21 solutions and recommend system improvements and best practices.
* Run or support system testing, user training, and technical documentation for enhancements and new functionality.
* Diagnose and resolve application issues while providing ongoing functional support.
* Work with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Epicor P21 ERP.
* Experience leading or supporting Epicor P21 implementations and/or system upgrades.
* Strong functional knowledge of Operations modules, including Planning & Scheduling and Engineering.
* Experience developing and maintaining BAQs, BPMs, and BOMs.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
* Experience with MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules.
* Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
* Knowledge of system integrations and reporting tools.
