Job Description
The Epicor Business Analyst/Developer is a hybrid technical-functional role responsible for enhancing and supporting the Epicor ERP system. This includes business analysis, system customization, end-user support, and continuous improvement of ERP processes. The position is ideal for someone with a strong Epicor background and a balance of analytical and development skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Analysis
*
Work with stakeholders to gather business needs.

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend ERP-based solutions.
*
Produce functional specs and documentation.
Development
*
Customize Epicor ERP (reports, BPMs, dashboards).
*
Use Epicor development tools (BPMs, BAQs, custom coding).
*
Validate through testing and QA.
Help Desk & Support
*
Act as 1st-level ERP support.
*
Troubleshoot user/system issues.
*
Maintain documentation and build a knowledge base.
Training
*
Develop and deliver user training and materials.
*
Guide users in ERP best practices.
Continuous Improvement
*
Stay up to date on Epicor upgrades and trends.
*
Participate in ERP upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
*
Bachelor's in CS, IS, Business, or related field.
*
Proven Epicor ERP experience.
*
Strong SQL and reporting tools (SSRS, Epicor Report Designer).
*
Analytical, independent, team-oriented, and communicative.
*
U.S. work authorization.
*
Experience in manufacturing/distribution industries.
*
Familiarity with Epicor modules (Finance, SCM, Production).

API and system integration knowledge.
