    To share responsibility for the application landscape in the Supply Chain Planning domain, we are looking for a Solution Architect that possesses a strong sense of business motivation together with technical and functional expertise.

    The role reports to the Senior Application Delivery Manager for Supply Chain Application Delivery and is located in the Digital Technology division.

    Our entire company's information technology has started a change process. Our expansion and strategic goals will be made possible by the Digital Frontier. The position will be closely related to the Global Planning Project that we have started and will play a significant part in the numerous SAP IBP deployments.

    In order to support and advance the new Supply Chain Planning system landscape, which will elevate our planning and logistics processes to a new and exceptional level, the Digital Technology Division has a significant agenda.

    You will play a significant part in the new IT organisation as the Solution Architect for the Supply Chain Planning division. By actively promoting business collaboration with the stakeholders, you will make sure that the applications used by the supply chain are supported and developed in accordance with the requirements from the business, in addition to driving the roadmap for Supply Chain initiatives and projects in close cooperation with the business.

    Oslo, Norway, and Brussels, Belgium, are the places, however everywhere in Europe is equally feasible.



    Responsibilities:

    * Key role as solution architect in global planning projects SAP IBP implementation for global and regional instances.
    * Plan and carry out the prioritized IT tasks that have been agreed.
    * Drive action to launch new SAP IBP projects.
    * The solution's design and configuration are led by the IT design authority. To be able to recognize game-changing technology-driven solutions, stay up to date on market and technological trends.
    * Use the on-site logistics solutions to provide advice on business needs and issues. Convert requirements into IT guidelines and ensure their execution.
    * Support for business process improvement and organizational change management, including training and information transfer about solutions.
    * Participate in the budgeting, cost management, and TCO optimization of your IT services and applications area. Report on the cost and activities of IT services.
    * Create a model for IT services. Participate in the procurement and implementation of outsourced services, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the terms of the agreement and governance.
    * Security management, incident and problem management, level 3 assistance, cutover, risk assessment, disaster recovery
    * Collaborate on and manage international projects as the solution and service authority for your service region.



    Requirements:

    * Degree level, preferably a master's, in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or computer science. Lack of formal education may be made up for by long relevant experience.
    * An advantage is having knowledge of Agile methods, service delivery, and operation outsourcing, experience in project management. Being certified in project management and having expertise implementing ERP modules are advantages.
    * Experience with SAP IBP Configuration is required.
    * A minimum of four years' experience as an IT solution architect, preferably with on-site manufacturing operating logistics, maintaining or designing a set of integrated solutions and functionalities in the logistics area. Knowledge with SAP modules like SAP IBP, APO, and PP as well as other third-party programmes for logistics, whether they are coupled with SAP or not, or a logistics weight bridge integrated solution, would be highly valued.
    * Technical and functional SAP Fiori experience is a bonus.
    * Experience managing a portfolio of IT services, working closely with the business, and having a mix of business and technology knowledge and interests.
    * An advantage is having knowledge of ITIL, service delivery, outsourcing operations, and project management.
    * Knowledge of application lifecycle management, change management, and risk management.
    * Strong analytical abilities combined with effective training and communication abilities.

    * Experience working with SAP BTP is desirable but not necessary as long as there's an interest to develop skills within this area.
    * Experience of SAP Ariba is a benefit.
    * Experience working with S4 Hana is fundamental with a particular desire for those who have experience in Public Cloud though Private is still relevant.
    * Configuration experience is necessary.
    * Experience working as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, SAP Application Manager or SAP Lead is sought-after.
    * Wider knowledge of SAP modules & experience across a broad spectrum of SAP solutions is more preferable than specific niche expertise with only a narrow focus.
    * Having previous competency with SAP Development (ABAP or front-end) is beneficial.
    * If you have certifications in SAP this is a great bonus but not an absolute necessity.
    * Background experience or work within retail industry for SAP is a plus.
    * Academic background is advantageous (Bachelors/Master's Degree)
    * English Fluency communication skills are a requirement, Norwegian Fluency is additionally desired.

    We are seeking a highly-skilled SAP Solution Architect who has particular experience within Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support our digital ambition throughout the new year to come!

    As you combine a strong business acumen and technical flair you'll be responsible for the SAP IBP Implementation across a global & regional scale as we continue our S4 Hana journey. Playing a key role in driving the activities on this project, defining roadmap solutions, planning & executing strategies and taking a leading force in designing and configuring this solution.

    We want you to take a crucial role in our organization as you advise on our business process & requirements, expressing concerns where necessary and supporting the organizational change management.

    We are a large international end-user of SAP so you'll be able sit directly in our Digital Technology department as you join a team of technical specialists and coordinate alongside our Supply Chain Delivery unit.

    As a team, you will collaborate to ensure the cohesive nature of bringing together business stakeholders and the Supply Chain landscape to move from strength to strength throughout this digital journey. With an aim to achieve an outstanding level throughout this digital transformation.

    It's the perfect time to get involved in the design that's taking place and contribute positively to the end goals on this SAP implementation.

    As we have a global presence, we are interested in those based in the following locations that house our technology division: Oslo, Brussels, Belgium but we are open to the right person sitting remotely across Europe.



    Responsibilities:

    * Significant role within the SAP IBP implementation across a global level as a Solution Architect
    * Advising on Business requirements gathering in line with the on-site logistics solutions and being able to translate these requirements to the IT department.
    * Key part in leading activities to increase the project scope for SAP IBP
    * Designing the solution, driving this configuration and landscape for IBP with a keen understanding on the market and technology trends that will enable you to identify the best solutions.
    * Support on business process and how we can optimize this along with organizational change management.
    * Engaging in training for other users in IBP and how to transfer this solution knowledge on our particular system.
    * Incident & problem management, acting as third level support to ensure we cover risk assessment, security management and disaster recovery.
    * Coordinate with other departments and be a solution expert within your area of IBP.

    Requirements:

    * Degree level education is beneficial (Bachelors or Master's Level) within the relevant subject matter however a high professional experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
    * SAP IBP Configuration experience is a must.
    * Experienced as an IT Solution Architect, overseeing the entire solution where you have been responsible for maintaining and developing the solutions & functionalities from SAP modules such as SAP IBP, APO & PP.
    * Understanding of other logistics solutions integrated to SAP is a plus!
    * Experience working closely with the business/customer side and managing a portfolio of IT services.
    * Experienced working within an agile environment is a benefit.
    * Great communication skills with a strong analytical flair are what we're seeking along with confidence to instill trust with the customer and act in a positive & professional attitude with other colleagues & external stakeholders.
    * If you have experience with project management or a certification in this that can also be highly beneficial.
    * Having a keen interest in tying together both the business perspective and technology driven solutions.
    * Knowledge of SAP Fiori from either a functional or technical perspective is interesting but not necessary.
    * Full Fluency in English is necessary, other languages can be an advantage.

    * Configuration experience
