Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 Consultant to support a client through an upcoming system optimization and integration project. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of P21, with experience in finance, inventory, order management, and API/data integrations. This consultant will play a key role in improving business processes, configuring workflows, and training internal users to ensure the system is fully aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or assist in the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Prophet 21 ERP system.

Support modules including Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Entry, and Warehouse Management.
*

Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement within P21.
*

Build or refine API and integration connections with third-party tools (eCommerce, CRM, EDI, etc.).
*

Develop and manage data imports/exports, reporting, and dashboards.
*

Provide hands-on user support and training, ensuring adoption and best-practice use of P21 features.
*

Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and implement effective solutions.
*

Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and ensure smooth post-implementation performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

*

5+ years of Epicor Prophet 21 experience (latest versions preferred).
*

Strong understanding of distribution, supply chain, and inventory management workflows.
*

Proficiency with P21 database structure, API integrations, and data mapping.
*

Experience in financial and operational reporting within Prophet 21.
*

Hands-on experience with P21 EDI, DynaChange, or Data Cubes a plus.
*

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with P21 Cloud migrations or upgrades.
*

Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft) or direct API development.

Previous consulting background or end-user implementation support role.

Epicor Technofunctional Consultant - MRP & Finance Focus

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver Epicor ERP solutions.
* Lead and support MRP-related initiatives including planning, scheduling, and production workflows.
* Configure, customize, and support Epicor Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.).
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Technofunctional Consultant with Epicor ERP.
* Strong understanding of MRP processes including planning and scheduling.
* Solid background in Finance modules within Epicor.
* Ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, and liaise with developers.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is highly desirable.

Missions principales :

1. Gestion opérationnelle Paie & Administration du Personnel
* Suivi technique des processus de paie et d'administration du personnel sur un SIRH type HR Access / 4YOU.
* Gestion d'activités spécifiques : acomptes, paies, soldes de tout compte, participation.

2. Projets SIRH
* Rédaction et validation de cahiers des charges fonctionnels et expressions de besoin.
* Participation à la conception des solutions et à leur mise en production.

3. Administration des applicatifs SIRH & Interfaces
* Administration d'outils transverses (BDES ou équivalent).
