Sage 200 Support Consultant - Remote (UK based) - c£45,000
Washington Frank is working with a growing UK-based Sage Partner who are seeking an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant to join its fully remote team. They are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting SMEs, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers using Sage 200 and complementary add-on solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to provide practical, high-quality ERP support across a variety of industries, while contributing to a collaborative and knowledgeable support team. The consultancy values long-term relationships with its clients and invests in developing its people.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Sage 200 (Standard & Professional) and related add-ons.
* Troubleshoot application, data, and process-related issues.
* Support and advise customers on best practice usage and process improvements.
* Assist with system upgrades, patching, and minor implementations.
* Deliver remote support via phone, email, and screen sharing.
* Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with vendors when escalation is required.
Key Experience & Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience with Sage 200 (Standard & Professional).
* Experience supporting Sicon add-ons.
* Confident working remotely and managing your own workload.
* Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
