My client, a world's renowned IT consulting firm is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Manager in IT Solutions Delivery + Presales to join their growing team in Hong Kong. With business locations worldwide, you will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining and building client relationships through effective communications as well as monitoring through the entire solution delivery process.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead consultants to establish technical discussions, involve in proposal preparation, and conduct demo presentations to prospective clients.
* Collect clients' requirements and identify their business pain points, thereby translate customer requirements into high-level system designs.
* Responsible for presales and post-sales including the implementation & ongoing maintenance of IT/ERP/SAP solutions.
* Explore and keep up to date with the current market trends and advanced technologies for digital transformation.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar domain.
* Strong knowledge of IT solutions, particularly in SAP/ERP system would be a plus.
* Prominent background in Solution Design, review and implementation.
* Familiar with IT Consulting environment.
* Good command in English. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
* People leader with great interpersonal skills.
