Role & Responsibilities

* Design, configure, test, and implement business processes
* Plan and lead workshops and training sessions
* Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and developers
* Support customers on their journey to SAP S/4HANA Cloud
* Advise clients on best practices and SAP cloud strategy
* Work closely in cross-functional teams
* Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends
* Create impactful solutions that meet real business needs

Skills & Qualifications

* Higher education in IT, economics, logistics, or related fields
* 4+ years' experience with SAP applications in areas such as finance, logistics, production, inventory, or maintenance
* Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
* Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
* Structured, analytical, and skilled at solving complex problems
* Passion for cloud solutions and emerging technologies
