Remote Epicor Technical Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Consultant to assist in their transition from a client-based application to a fully cloud-hosted Epicor Kinetic environment. Following a recent expansion of their primary manufacturing facility, the company is undergoing a comprehensive system cleanup aimed at minimizing legacy customizations and enhancing overall system performance.

The internal IT team consists of three dedicated Epicor professionals, one developer and two administrators, who are highly engaged across various modules. However, they are currently facing challenges related to limited documentation and insufficient support from Epicor.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical expertise in support of the Epicor Kinetic migration

Assist with system debugging, optimization, and custom logic refinement
*

Review and enhance existing dashboards for improved functionality and user experience
*

Collaborate with the internal team to identify performance gaps and system inefficiencies

Preferred Skills:

Strong proficiency in C# and Epicor customization tools
*

Experience working with cloud-hosted Epicor environments
*

Ability to work independently to identify and resolve system issues
