Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst to join a growing IT team within a globally renowned MNC. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technology solutions to support operations, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between internal users, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Prepare and deliver user training materials and training sessions for new features or system enhancements.
* Conduct business process reviews, perform business analysis, and recommend end-to-end solutions to improve efficiency and system usability.
* Develop and maintain system documentation to support operations and compliance requirements.
* Perform system configuration and functional testing for new module implementation or system upgrades.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions or workarounds; coordinate with vendors on defect fixes or system changes.
* Support data integration and reporting tasks, including basic SQL queries and the use of BI/reporting tools.
* Manage ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
* Hands-on experience in IT support for operational systems and system documentation development.
* Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating requirements into system solution design.
* Experience with system project management across the full lifecycle.
* Basic knowledge of MS SQL; familiarity with system integration (EDI, API) and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with users, vendors, and consultants.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
