Role Overview:
A leading multinational company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Business Process Enhancement Manager (SAP) to drive cross-functional digital transformation and operational efficiency. This role serves as the key interface between business and technology teams, with a core focus on SAP-related process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements; identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and process optimization within SAP and other platforms such as SharePoint.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies and develop actionable, technology-enabled solutions.
* Lead end-to-end project delivery including scoping, stakeholder coordination, planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
* Drive the design and implementation of customized solutions to improve collaboration, reporting, and workflow.
* Work closely with IT teams to ensure feasibility and system alignment of proposed enhancements.
* Oversee system testing, user training, and change management to ensure smooth rollouts.
* Act as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring ongoing alignment and effective communication.
* Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and delivery timelines to all stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, process re-engineering, or workflow enhancements.
* Solid hands-on experience with SAP is required; exposure to S/4HANA is a strong plus.
* Strong technical knowledge in programming is highly desirable, preferably in .NET language.
* Prior exposure to the manufacturing sector is preferred.
* Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
