Role Overview

Our client, a sizeable and reputable company across Hong Kong is looking for an IT Manager to oversee the entire technology function of the organization, ensuring all IT systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives effectively support business operations and long-term growth. This role drives innovation, leads digital transformation, and ensures technology remains a strategic enabler for business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the IT team to manage and maintain the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and hardware/software assets.
* Lead the implementation and management of the ERP system to ensure smooth delivery and operation.
* Oversee daily IT operations, network security, and data protection.
* Support digital transformation projects, including cloud, analytics, and automation initiatives.
* Work with different departments to identify technology needs and provide effective solutions.
* Manage IT budgets, vendors, and service providers for cost-effective performance.
* Supervise and develop IT team members to ensure strong service and support.
* Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures for consistent operations.
* Ensure business continuity, system reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing and implementing end-to-end ERP projects is essential.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies, data analytics, AI and cybersecurity practices would be a great plus.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Our long time customer, a leading Nordic retailer is looking for an experienced SAP Application Manager to lead the management, optimisation, and support of their SAP landscape.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our SAP systems deliver operational excellence, align with business objectives, and support strategic growth.



Role: SAP Application Manager

Employment: Permanent

Location: Oslo

Salary: up to 1.4mil nok



Key Responsibilities

* Own the SAP application portfolio (ECC/S4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.) and ensure system stability and performance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
* Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists and coordinate with external partners.
* Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and audit requirements across SAP modules.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP processes and user experience.
* Oversee integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience in SAP application management (ECC or S/4HANA preferred).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) and business processes.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues and deliver timely solutions.
* Experience with SAP Basis, security, and integration tools is a plus.
* Norwegian language fluency

The Role: SAP Security Manager

As SAP Security Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing guidelines, principles, and policies that support effective access and authorization management within the SAP environment. You will lead efforts to ensure compliance with current security and GRC guidelines. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality and future-proof system architecture.

As an integral member of our SAP team, you'll work with SAP best practices and standards to help deliver faster, enhance functionality, and improve the overall user experience, all while maintaining high quality and strong business value.

Offering a hybrid work model, with three in-office days per week in Stockholm.

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in SAP security and authorization administration
* SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Management)
* GRC frameworks and security standards such as Segregation of Duties, GDPR
* HR-driven identity management
