The Role: SAP Security Manager

As SAP Security Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing guidelines, principles, and policies that support effective access and authorization management within the SAP environment. You will lead efforts to ensure compliance with current security and GRC guidelines. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality and future-proof system architecture.

As an integral member of our SAP team, you'll work with SAP best practices and standards to help deliver faster, enhance functionality, and improve the overall user experience, all while maintaining high quality and strong business value.

Offering a hybrid work model, with three in-office days per week at our location on Lindhagensgatan in Stockholm.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Proven experience managing and implementing end-to-end ERP projects is essential.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies, data analytics, AI and cybersecurity practices would be a great plus.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Position Summary:

The Business Systems Manager is responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and support of the company's ERP platform (Epicor) and other integrated systems (CRM, HRIS, Office 365, etc.). The role functions as a critical bridge between IT and key business units including Sales, Finance, and Operations-helping to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for the ERP and integrated business systems

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
*

Develop solutions to address system pain points and inefficiencies
*

Manage system upgrades, patching, user access, and role-based security
*

Oversee integrations (e.g., CRM & ERP data sync, marketing automation)
*

Build and maintain BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, and custom reports
*

Support business intelligence reporting (SSRS, SQL Views, Power BI)
*

Drive process automation and standardization within the ERP ecosystem
*

Maintain internal documentation and process instructions
*

Provide support during production hours, including extended hours during seasonal peaks

Collaborate with external vendors for support and system enhancements

Support business continuity, data security, and disaster recovery planning

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience supporting ERP and business systems (2+ years in an admin/lead role)

Strong working knowledge of Epicor ERP or similar enterprise platform

Proficient in SQL, SSRS, BAQs, BPMs, and general ERP customization
*

Experience integrating ERP with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
*

Solid understanding of manufacturing, finance, and operations processes
*

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; knowledge of PayChex a plus
*

Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
*

Ability to manage multiple projects and support a high-availability environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
