    Epicor Sr. Finance Implementation Consultant

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epicor Finance Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Epicor's Finance module to meet our organization's financial management needs. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Epicor ERP solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Epicor Finance Module Implementation:
    - Lead the implementation of Epicor Finance module, ensuring a seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Finance module.

    2. Customization and Configuration:
    - Customize Epicor Finance module to align with the organization's specific financial workflows and reporting requirements.
    - Configure and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    3. Training and Support:
    - Provide training to end-users on Epicor Finance module functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
    - Offer ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and address concerns related to the Finance module.

    4. Data Migration and Integration:
    - Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to Epicor, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
    - Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Epicor Finance module with other business-critical applications.

    5. Continuous Improvement:
    - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the Finance module.
    - Stay current on Epicor updates and industry best practices, applying relevant enhancements to the system.

    6. Documentation:
    - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes related to the Epicor Finance module.
    - Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate efficient usage of the system.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as an Epicor Finance Implementation Consultant.
    3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
    4. Strong understanding of Epicor ERP solutions, specifically the Finance module.
    5. Experience in customizing and configuring Epicor ERP to meet specific business requirements.

    Senior Manager of Business Systems
    In this pivotal role, you will lead the orchestration of all ePicor Prophet 21 operations and development activities. Your symphony extends to the integration of new or existing acquisitions, supporting applications and software for all business users, and managing every aspect of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strategy & Planning:
    * Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business systems and procedures.
    * Define, develop, and document software business requirements, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal users and departments.
    * Assist in crafting software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation. Acquisition & Deployment:
    * Research software application products and services in alignment with business requirements.
    * Collaborate with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and resolution of adaptation issues.
    * Recommend, schedule, and execute software improvements and upgrades.
    * Develop an integration playbook for newly acquired companies into Prophet 21. Operational Management:
    * Manage internal Prophet 21 development resources, alongside on-shore and off-shore vendors.
    * Foster professional relationships with key stakeholders across all business units.
    * Act as the technical point of contact for the ERP application, providing hands-on support for users.
    * Design and implement technology solutions in Prophet 21 modules to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
    * Architect, design, build, and deliver Prophet 21 solutions, optimizing usability and functionality.
    * Ensure scalable systems integrations with Prophet 21, aligning with the company's growth.
    * Collaborate with Prophet 21 and implementation partner teams on automating data integrations.
    * Stay abreast of new Prophet 21 features and functionality, providing recommendations for improvements.
    * Participate in technical design/code reviews and audits, maintaining design objectives and standards.
    * Manage user roles/access, assign permissions, and maintain user interface entry forms, email, and PDF templates.
    * Work with end users on usability/Help Desk issues. Position Requirements: Formal Education & Certification:
    * University degree in computer science or information systems and 5-7 years of related work experience.
    * Education and/or certifications with significant experience in SDLC and project management are desired. Knowledge & Experience:
    * In-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with enterprise applications, including 5+ years optimizing Prophet 21.
    * Certified Prophet 21 Administrator preferred.
    * Eight-plus years of overall IT expertise.
    * Minimum four years of managerial responsibilities, including vendor management.
    * Understanding of Prophet 21 ERP workflow functionality and processes.
    * Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows in the ERP system.
    * Experience with co-location hosting of Prophet 21.
    * Proficiency in generating reports and custom reporting within Prophet 21.
    * Understanding of industry-standard business practices in accounting and warehouse management.
    * Business acumen to connect business needs with the right technical solutions.
    * Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, forms, and workflows.
    * Ability to manage competing priorities, troubleshoot, and work independently.
    * Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
    * Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Personal Attributes:
