About the Role:
A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. The role involves leading HR technology implementation projects, managing client engagements, and providing strategic guidance on SuccessFactors solutions to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning modules.
* Manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.
* Provide thought leadership on HR technology trends and advise clients on best practices and process improvements.
* Coordinate with project teams, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR systems and third-party applications.
* Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, solution design, and client presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation and consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
* Strong expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules; Employee Central experience is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to manage complex client projects, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Experience in integration, reporting, and analytics within SuccessFactors is a plus.
* Consulting experience is advantageous.
