Ihre Aufgaben im Detail

* Übergreifende Verantwortung für alle technischen Themen innerhalb der S/4HANA Transformation
* Steuerung und Abstimmung von Integrationen, Eigenentwicklungen sowie Systemanbindungen
* Planung und Begleitung der Migration bestehender SAP-Systeme in eine Cloud-basierte Infrastruktur
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Einheiten, insbesondere im Bereich SAP Basis
* Koordination externer Partner bei der Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen und Änderungen
* Sicherstellung einer konsistenten und effizienten Datenüberführung in die neue Systemlandschaft
* Weiterentwicklung und Governance von Berechtigungskonzepten
* Unterstützung der Programmleitung bei übergreifenden Fragestellungen und Entscheidungen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer SAP-Projekte mit technischem Fokus
* Praxis im Umfeld von S/4HANA-Transformationen oder vergleichbaren Migrationsprojekten
* Know-how in mindestens einem technischen Schwerpunkt (z. B. Schnittstellen, Entwicklung, Datenmigration oder Berechtigungen)
* Vertrautheit mit modernen Projektmethoden (z. B. SAP Activate, agile Ansätze)
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Implementierungspartnern
* Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammenzubringen

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Project Manager to lead the delivery of an 8‑month D365 implementation project based in Shanghai. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and a solid understanding of D365 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the full D365 project lifecycle, from initiation through to deployment and handover
* Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
* Own project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and regular project status reporting
* Ensure alignment between business requirements and D365 functional/technical solutions
* Manage change control, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
* Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and cutover activities
* Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
* Strong knowledge of one or more D365 modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, CE, F&O)
* Track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with systems integrators and offshore/onshore delivery teams
* Strong planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities

This role requires a strong, structured, and forward-leaning leader who can guide the organisation through its transformation journey-ensuring successful adoption, alignment, and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities

* Change Leadership & Strategy
* Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for a global IT transformation programme
* Define and implement change frameworks, governance models, and methodologies
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on change, adoption, and transformation strategy

Adoption & Business Engagement

* Drive business readiness and adoption across multiple brands and markets

* Oversee change impacts related to Master Data Management (MDM) and Contract Management processes

* Manage change across a multi-brand landscape, balancing differing needs, cultures, and priorities
* Ensure a cohesive global approach with local adaptability

Leadership & Advisory

* Provide strong leadership to guide teams through transformation
* Act as a coach and mentor to programme teams and business stakeholders
* Support decision-making at executive and programme level

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Change Management Lead or similar role in large-scale global IT transformations
* Strong background in change strategy, adoption, and organisational transformation
* Experience within complex, multi-entity / multi-brand organisations
* Knowledge of Master Data Management and/or Contract Management processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
* Structured, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset
