Senior Change Management Lead - Global IT Transformation Programme

Location: Stockholm

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to drive and govern change across a large-scale, global IT transformation programme within a complex, multi-brand organization.

This role requires a strong, structured, and forward-leaning leader who can guide the organisation through its transformation journey-ensuring successful adoption, alignment, and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities

* Change Leadership & Strategy
* Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for a global IT transformation programme
* Define and implement change frameworks, governance models, and methodologies
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on change, adoption, and transformation strategy

Adoption & Business Engagement

* Drive business readiness and adoption across multiple brands and markets
* Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans
* Identify resistance and implement targeted change interventions

Programme Governance

* Establish and maintain robust governance structures across change, master data, and contract management areas
* Ensure alignment between business objectives, IT delivery, and transformation outcomes
* Track and report on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics

Master Data & Contract Management Focus

* Oversee change impacts related to Master Data Management (MDM) and Contract Management processes
* Ensure consistency, quality, and governance across business-critical data and contractual flows

Cross-Brand Coordination

* Manage change across a multi-brand landscape, balancing differing needs, cultures, and priorities
* Ensure a cohesive global approach with local adaptability

Leadership & Advisory

* Provide strong leadership to guide teams through transformation
* Act as a coach and mentor to programme teams and business stakeholders
* Support decision-making at executive and programme level

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Change Management Lead or similar role in large-scale global IT transformations
* Strong background in change strategy, adoption, and organisational transformation
* Experience within complex, multi-entity / multi-brand organisations
* Knowledge of Master Data Management and/or Contract Management processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
* Structured, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset

Job description

We're partnering with an established manufacturing organization to hire an experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee large-scale SAP systems transformation initiatives across regional operations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with strong ERP implementation and business analysis experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional digital transformation projects from planning through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full project lifecycle for SAP and enterprise systems implementation, from project initiation and planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
* Partner with business stakeholders, IT, engineering, operations, and quality teams to gather business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
* Develop project plans, define scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
* Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while managing priorities, dependencies, and project governance.
* Facilitate solution evaluation by balancing business requirements with technical feasibility, cost, timelines, and resource considerations.
* Provide regular project updates to senior management, escalating key risks, issues, and decision points where appropriate.
* Lead system design, configuration, integration planning, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and production deployment.
* Work closely with internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and successful project outcomes.
* Drive continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance ERP, integration platforms, and related business systems.
* Ensure enterprise solutions comply with internal standards, governance, security requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience in project management experience delivering enterprise SAP implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of ERP platforms, business processes, and systems integration.
* Hands-on experience with SAP MM/PP and its integration with other SAP modules is highly preferred.
* Exposure to enterprise manufacturing solutions would be advantageous.
* Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is preferred.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin) to support regional stakeholder communication.
