An established company is seeking a Prophet 21 Specialist with expertise in SQL and Crystal Reports to support reporting, data analysis, and ERP optimization initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who can leverage Prophet 21 data to deliver actionable business insights, develop custom reports, and improve system functionality across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot system issues, and support ongoing business process improvements.
Key Qualifications:
* experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP
* Proficiency in SQL development, querying, and database reporting
* Experience creating and maintaining Crystal Reports
* Ability to analyze business data and provide actionable insights
* Experience with P21 reporting, troubleshooting, and system support
* Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements
* Understanding of business processes and continuous improvement initiatives
